3. Course Structure & Mentoring
Course Delivery
All courses are delivered as self-paced programs, allowing students the flexibility to progress and complete their training according to their individual schedule.
While suggested timeframes may be provided as a guide, there is no strict deadline for course completion, and students may take the time required to meet all learning and assessment requirements.
---
Mentoring Sessions
Each course includes structured private mentoring:
• Mat: 10 private mentoring sessions
• Reformer: 10 private mentoring sessions
• Studio: 10 private mentoring sessions
• Comprehensive: 30 private mentoring sessions
Mentoring sessions:
• Are conducted 1:1 with a qualified Pilates trainer
• Are booked at the student’s convenience (subject to availability)
• Are designed to support progression, technique refinement, and assessment readiness

Mentoring Timeframe
To support consistency and effective learning, it is highly advisable that:
• Mat and Reformer mentoring sessions are completed within 12 months from the date of enrolment
• Comprehensive mentoring sessions are completed within 24 months from the date of enrolment
This ensures continuity in learning and prevents extended gaps that may impact skill development and competency.

PMA understands that individual circumstances may vary.
